She is also the Founder of Wanawake na Hatamu Organization, which promotes women’s and girls’ involvement in leadership.

Florah has held various political roles and is dedicated to ensuring women are represented in important decision-making spaces. As a board member of Hakizetu, she brings her leadership experience and passion for women’s empowerment. Her work focuses on influencing policies and creating real change for women and girls.
