class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b> Donald Malambo Kasongi (Ph.D)<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Donald Malambo Kasongi is the Executive Director of Governance Links, a Tanzania-based think tank specializing in research, policy analysis, and organizational capacity strengthening. He is an experienced researcher and policy analyst with a strong academic and professional background in governance and water diplomacy.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Donald holds a Ph.D. in Water Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Latin America, a Master of Arts in Governance and Social Policy Analysis from the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Science in General Science from the University of Dar es Salaam. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Municipal Governance and a Diploma in Complex Political Emergencies.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca7319e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca7319e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">In addition to his leadership at Governance Links, Donald serves as a Transboundary Water Policy Analyst at the Nile Basin Discourse. With over two decades of experience in civil society, he has played a significant role in strengthening institutions and advancing policy dialogue across Tanzania and beyond.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Donald currently chairs several civil society Boards of Directors, including the Young Domestic Workers Organization (WOTESAWA), Tanzania Trade and Investment Coalition (TATIC), the Tanzania Nile Discourse Forum, and Water for Good.
