She holds a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Tanzania, as well as a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation.<\/p><p>Lydia is passionate about mentoring young girls, particularly in leadership development, where she actively supports and encourages their growth.
