Financial Manager

is the Financial Manager at Hakizetu, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the College of Business Education. Since joining the organization in 2016 as one of its earliest staff members, she has played a vital role in managing its financial operations. Scola has also participated in numerous professional courses, both within Tanzania and internationally, enhancing her expertise in financial management.

In addition to her professional duties, Scola is passionate about community development. She works as a business mentor, leveraging her financial knowledge to support and empower small entrepreneurs, helping them grow their businesses and achieve sustainability.
